Staphyt Australia has been using the winter months to reorganize our organization, to improve and speed up the communication process between our field team and customers. New roles have been introduced including Technical Managers, Senior regulatory Manager and Business Manager to facilitate this.
Our annual staff conference has also taken on a new life as a virtual conference. During the month of August and into early September all staff members have been meeting over the internet twice a week to present all aspects of the process of our Agricultural R & D business. It is proving to be a wonderful tool in team bonding with everyone actively involved.
