Dear friends and partners of Staphyt,

Our experienced field staff have always been prepared to adapt and work under difficult weather conditions to get trial work done in time but this season has shown us new dimensions of the climatic change around us.  We worked under extreme weather conditions from a hail storm in Ashburton (NZ), persisting drought in areas of Australia and fierce bushfires throughout the season.

After the fight with natural disasters, our new challenge the coronavirus pandemic has appeared with its new working restrictions. We will now work from home offices travelling directly to trial locations.  All our AUS and NZ field agronomists are operating responsibly in the field and instructed to avoid any kind of health risk for the community. We will continue to work on current trials and studies and establish new trial work in line with the restrictions in both countries.

The year 2020 will certainly remain in our memory for several reasons, privately, professionally and economically.

Stay well and keep safe
